Description
I was busy working on this design when I found out I had a web-development assignment at university that required a 'blog-like news site'. So I finished this design and developed the site to the requirements set out in the assignment, and later rebuilt it to match my own requirements.The design was done completely in Adobe Illustrator CS - the vectoring, the slicing, and then saving to PNG.
The development was done in PHP/MySQL and works on Apache under both Linux and Windows.
Initially I created the design in a number of colour schemes - orange, red, green, blue and black. I haven't sliced up the other coloured designs so the site appears only in the blue theme.
